The night sky is incredible in the Hebrides, but especially near where I live. Regular Aurora and bright Milky Way are just some of the treats.

There are a wealth of great surf beaches in the Hebrides, and I love catching the action (from dry land) of surfers mastering, and sometimes fighting with(!), the power of the ocean. Get in touch if you'd like some action shots of your surfing.

Life is people, and portraits are a really special part of my work - I do formal portraits, Christmas portraits, and particularly love outdoor portraits using the natural light of Scotland.

Living on the Isle of Lewis, I'm spoilt for choice for wildlife - the puffin above was taken on a trip to the Shiant Islands.

I've photographed a range of events including Weddings, Award Ceremonies, Graduations, and although I wouldn't describe myself as a "wedding photographer" I absolutely love photographing families at such a happy occasion and can come up with something a bit different.
